Tom's sessions are usually broken down as follows:

5-8 minutes:  pre-workout stretching

10-15 minutes:  light exercise and calisthenics to raise heart rate and help with weight loss.

25-35 minutes:  weight training

5-10 minutes:  abdominal training

All programs are customized to every individual client.
